Quotations and Orders
- ▸Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
- ▸Price and availability are subject to final confirmation and prior sale.
- ▸An order is accepted only after Heavy Group confirms it in writing and receives the required payment.
- ▸Product condition must be stated in the quotation or invoice.
Lead Times and Delivery
- ▸Lead times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
- ▸Estimated lead time begins after payment, final order confirmation and receipt of any information required to process the order.
Photographs and Product Identification
- ▸Photographs are for identification of the offered item when identified as photographs of the actual unit.
- ▸Representative or stock photographs must not be presented as the actual unit.
Fitment and Technical Verification
- ▸Fitment verification may require the machine model, serial number, arrangement number or other technical information.
- ▸The customer is responsible for providing accurate machine and delivery information.
Charges and Core Returns
- ▸Taxes, freight, duties, insurance and destination charges are excluded unless expressly included.
- ▸Core charges, core-return requirements and return deadlines apply only when stated in the quotation or invoice.
Governing Terms
- ▸The applicable quotation and invoice control the specific commercial terms of each order.
- ▸Website information does not replace the final written quotation or invoice.
