• ▸Shipping terms are determined by the applicable quotation or invoice.
• ▸Freight is not included unless expressly stated.
• ▸Duties, import taxes, customs charges, destination fees and insurance are not included unless expressly stated.
• ▸The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and consignee information.
• ▸International transit and customs-clearance times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, ports, customs authorities and destination requirements.
• ▸Heavy Group is not represented as a customs broker, freight carrier or importer of record unless separately confirmed in writing.
